November 2 is THE DATE!! It’s going to be an incredible experience that will enrich your interfaith understanding of how others think about important concepts we have in common but may not understand about each other’s faith perspective.

This year our event will be FREE, thanks to our generous sponsors!

Registration is required (so we have the right amount of food) HERE. (No need to bring tickets to the event, we’ll have your name on our list.)

Back by popular demand, we will EXPERIENCE INTERFAITH on November 2, 2017, at the Lath House at Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix, 7th Street and Monroe, starting at 5:30 p.m. And stay tuned for Videos and Pictures / Event Shout-Outs via our Facebook Page, AZIFM!!

Over 25 faith communities join in this community- building event by sharing aspects of their faith that have been misunderstood in the past and often leads to conflict. This event works at developing a CIVIL DIALOGUE among members of all faith groups in our Valley in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. This year’s theme is “building bridges of civility and respect…”

We expect between 400-500 people at this event which is prefaced by a Langar meal served by our Sikh community. This vegetarian dinner is marvelous, and prepared by several Sikh-owned Indian Restaurants. (Please see below.)

Parking is FREE – if you come to the Phoenix Children’s Museum at 215 N 7th Street. This is directly across the street to the east of the event, and 1/2 block north. A parking attendant will be on duty from 4:00 – 10pm that evening. Light rail and carpooling are also encouraged. Street parking doesn’t work well with parking meters in effect until 10pm. The parking garage due west charges by the hour.

The event begins with a Faith Fair at 5:30, followed by a Langar meal to be served at 6:30. Then, the program of dialogue in small circles of people of different faith traditions begins. For a better understanding and a better idea of what this event looks like you can see pictures and a Channel 8 spotlight on our web-site at azifm.org.

We hope the community will join us in coming together to make a difference!

Get your free Registration/tickets at THIS LINK on our website. (No need to bring tickets to the event. We will log your registration on our list.)
